In the "Razor Rendezvous" mission of Rogue Squadron II, you can suicide-ram the Star Destroyer's bridge immediately after having down its shields and even now full the mission with out penalty, even if it was your previous everyday living (as the lifetime rely decrement occurs at respawn).
